The Studio offers an upscale, private indoor/outdoor venue perfect for your gatherings of 25 to 250 - be they receptions, parties, workshops, organization meetings, fashion shows or photoshoots. The Studio is a 1930's era red brick building located in the Dallas Design District, fully remodeled in 2007 in it's transformation into a beautifully maintained modern art gallery. Contemporary artwork graces the museum finish walls. The floors are lovingly polished concrete, and art lighting accentuates the important visual elements of your events - from cakes to registry books, to podiums, tables and dance floor.
Featuring a contemporary kitchen, separate large workroom for event staff (caterers, florists, et al.) with it's own entrance, and well-appointed bathrooms for both guests and staff, the Studio is aesthetically complete, and yet flexible for your event’s customization. Your guests will enjoy a gorgeous, urban outdoor entertaining area complete with modern, warm furnishings and landscaping, providing a great 'retreat' during an event, an after-party area, or supplemental entertaining space. The building and outdoor entertaining area are surrounded on the front and secured from the street by a stunning perforated steel wall and gate system designed by Buchanan Architecture, enhancing the privacy of your function and safety of your guests. Valet service warmly greets your guests, and security confirms their admittance through the gate.
